Founded in 2017 by Creative Director Feychi Onyeagorah, the studio has evolved into a multidisciplinary practice working across interior design, civil works, fabrication, bespoke furniture, styling and project execution. With over 100 completed projects, BrightLake Interiors has built a reputation for transforming spaces with creativity, precision and a deep understanding of how people live, work and experience their environments.
The studio’s approach is rooted in creative cross-pollination. We draw from architecture, culture, art, fashion, history, technology and craft to create spaces that feel layered, intelligent and emotionally engaging. We believe that design is most powerful when opposites coexist — history and modernity, restraint and drama, refinement and surprise, imagination and precision.

BrightLake Interiors is a multidisciplinary interior design studio creating thoughtful, refined and functional spaces across residential, commercial, hospitality, retail and lifestyle projects.
BrightLake’s work is defined by a balance of creativity and control. From spatial planning and material selection to furniture, fabrication and finishing, the studio brings together different layers of design to create environments with depth, character and purpose.
Rather than follow a fixed style, BrightLake Interiors responds to context. Every project is shaped by the client’s lifestyle, the function of the space, the architectural setting and the emotion it is meant to evoke.

Our studio is intrinsically forward-looking. We embrace new materials, technologies, digital design tools and evolving methods of fabrication. At the same time, we maintain a deep respect for human craftsmanship, local artisanship and the tactile quality of handmade work.

Delivering Spaces With Intention
Feychi Onyeagorah is the Founder and Creative Director of BrightLake Interiors, a Lagos-based multidisciplinary design studio. She is the creative force behind the studio’s vision, language and evolving body of work.
A graduate of Landmark University with a degree in International Relations, Feychi’s journey into design began in her early twenties, driven by a natural eye for beauty, proportion, atmosphere and detail. What began as a personal passion quickly evolved into a professional calling. In 2017, she founded BrightLake Interiors with a vision to create spaces that feel as emotionally powerful as they are visually refined.
Over the last nine years, Feychi has led and contributed to more than 100 projects across residential, commercial, hospitality, retail and lifestyle sectors. Her work is defined by a rare ability to understand both the emotional and technical dimensions of space. She designs with instinct, but executes with structure. She is equally concerned with mood, materiality, client experience, construction detail and long-term functionality.
Feychi does not trade in a single signature style. Her creative language is fluid, responsive and deeply contextual.
Each project is treated as its own story - shaped by the client's personality, the architecture of the space, its cultural references and the emotional outcome it is meant to produce.
Her vision has carried BrightLake Interiors beyond conventional decoration into a broader creative practice. Under her direction, the studio operates as a laboratory for ideas, working across interiors, furniture, product design, spatial storytelling, styling and curation. Her approach brings together grandeur without cliché, boldness without disorder, and elegance without predictability.
Supported by a team of designers, architects, artisans, fabricators and project experts, Feychi continues to build BrightLake Interiors into one of Nigeria's emerging design studios with global ambition.
Her next chapter is focused on expanding the studio's footprint beyond Nigeria, collaborating with international artisans, embracing new technologies and positioning African-led design within a global conversation.
