BUDGETING & PROCUREMENT
We manage the project budget and guide you through the financial roadmap. Upon approval, we handle all procurement, sourcing, vendor coordination, and delivery logistics.
CIVIL WORKS & SITE COORDINATION
Our team coordinates the physical execution of the design on-site. We manage contractors, technical partners, electrical and plumbing works, finishes, and custom joinery.
INSTALLATION & STYLING
Once site works are complete, we bring the space together. We oversee furniture installation, lighting setup, artwork hanging, accessories placement, and final styling.
REVIEW & HANDOVER
We review every detail of the completed space to ensure it matches the approved direction. The finished space is then handed over, fully ready to be lived in and experienced.
