The art of hospitality
Designing hotels and restaurants is about orchestrating an emotional journey. It begins the moment a guest walks through the door and continues through every touchpoint—the weight of the cutlery, the softness of the lighting, the acoustic balance of the dining room.
In our latest boutique hotel project, we wanted to capture the essence of the local landscape while providing world-class luxury. We sourced stone from local quarries and commissioned artisans to weave custom textiles for the lobby.
“A great hospitality space makes you feel entirely at home, while offering an experience you could never create yourself.”
Lighting is perhaps the most critical element in hospitality. We use layered lighting design—combining architectural washes with intimate, low-level table lamps—to create a mood that evolves from bright and energetic during the day, to warm and seductive at night.
